Is a properly signed and witnessed slave contract enforceable?
In some parts of the worldmaybe. In the USA the answer is no. Slavery is illegal. Period. There are laws, rights, and freedoms which cannot be signed away under US law. Even if you found a legal loophole the first court to see the case would throw out the slavery contract and set the modern legal precedent that such contracts are still illegal and void.
